Information we collect

If you previously requested Early Access, we collected your email address. Our hosting provider may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as connection data, browser information and security logs.

Why we use information

We use email addresses previously submitted to the Fructus Early Access list to manage those historical registrations and provide information that was requested.

We use limited technical information where necessary to operate and secure the website.

Lawful basis

We process information where necessary for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Fructus website, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement operate only with your consent, which you can withdraw through Privacy choices.

Where you previously requested Early Access or launch information, we use your email address to provide the information you requested.

If Fructus later wishes to use your email address for wider electronic marketing that requires consent under applicable law, we will obtain the necessary consent before doing so.

Storage and service providers

Historical Early Access submissions are stored in the Fructus application database. The website and database are currently hosted using Replit services.

We limit access to personal information to people who need it for the purposes described in this notice. Service providers may process limited information on our behalf where necessary to host, secure and operate the website.

Retention

We keep historical Early Access email addresses until the information requested has been communicated, or for up to 12 months from collection.

We may retain information for longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations, establish or defend legal claims, or resolve disputes.

Cookies

With your advertising consent, the OpenAI Ads pixel may operate on fructus.tech and app.fructus.tech to measure visits from ChatGPT ads. A first-party cookie scoped to .fructus.tech carries only your OpenAI advertising-consent choice between these sites. OpenAI may receive information about your visit and use browser storage or cookies for this purpose. After your first trial or subscription is confirmed, Fructus may attempt to send OpenAI a registration conversion event. That event does not include your email address or Fructus account or organisation ID. We do not use Google Ads.

We use Google Analytics 4 as an optional analytics service only when you choose to accept optional tracking in the consent notice. It helps us understand visits, campaign source information, device category, engagement and aggregated country or region information so we can improve the website. We do not send your email address or other information that directly identifies you to Google Analytics.

Both optional services are off by default. If you accept, Google Analytics may store analytics cookies and process information about your visit, and the OpenAI pixel may measure your visit. You can decline optional tracking or withdraw your advertising consent at any time using Privacy choices. Essential technical storage may still be used where necessary to deliver and secure the website. If you accepted analytics before this pixel was introduced, we ask you again before loading it.
